PLEASE NOTE: Due to limited space, Exhibiting and/or Sponsoring an any Event will be held on a first-come, first-serve basis with a MAXIMUM of 20 Exhibitors.
Exhibitor Fee Includes: (2) Registrations (Gold Members) - (4) Registrations (Platinum Members) to attend and participate in the Symposium. All meals included, (1) Draped 6' x 30" tabletop, (2-4) chairs, (1) 8 1/2" x 11" advertising insert for all attendees, FREE Wi-Fi, and FREE parking. (Platinum Members ONLY may have up to 4 attendees at no additional cost).
Hotel accommodations not included.

Terms & Conditions
Cancellations must be received IN WRITING no later than June 1, 2017 in order to receive a 50% refund after. Cancellation notices may be faxed to the SSDA office at (916) 443-7468 or via email to firstname.lastname@example.org.
SSDA has made arrangements with the Lions Gate Hotel in Sacramento for a special room rate of $95 per night. Please contact the Lions Gate Hotel at (916) 643-6222 or (866) 258-5651 by July 1, 2017, and mention the Small School Districts’ Association to receive your reduced room rate.
